Vegetable Manchurian Gravy is a very tasty and spicy Chinese dish made from green vegetables like carrots, cabbage and capsicum. You can also serve it alone as a starter.
In a bowl put grated carrot, cabbage, chopped capsicum, chopped green chili, 1 tsp oil, black pepper powder, 1 pinch ajinomoto, refined flour, cornflour and salt.
Mix all the ingredients well and make small balls out of the mixture. Do not add water to the mixture. If the mixture is dry and the balls are not forming well then add little water as needed.
Heat oil in a pan. And under those circles. Dissolve 2 tbsp cornflour in a cup of plain water. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
Now add finely chopped ginger, finely chopped garlic, chopped green chilies and chopped green onions and fry it. After this add soy sauce, chili sauce and sauce and fry.
Add 2 cups of water, black pepper powder and salt and bring the mixture to a boil. Add corn flour dissolved in water. Add fried Manchurian balls and cook.
