To make peanut butter, put a pan on the gas to heat. And then add peanuts and fry it. When they start turning golden in color, then understand that they are fried.
They have to be roasted dry. Only then the oil which is inside them will start to be released. Let them cool down and then mash them with your hands and peel them off.
If the peanuts are peeled, then put them in a grinder jar and make a paste of them. Now open it and add some salt. Now cover it and rotate the mixer.
Now we will stir it again, now put some sugar in it and add more oil for good taste. Now rotate it for a while.
When you feel that it is okay now, you can stop. Now our smooth butter is ready, if you want, you can put peanut pieces separately at this point.
