Appe is famous in every corner of India. This is a quick and light phulka recipe to be prepared. It doesn't take much time to make it.
To make Appe, first put semolina and curd in a bowl. Now prepare a hard batter by adding water as required.
Add baking soda to the batter, mix and keep aside for 10 minutes so that the batter can fluff up a bit. Now add mustard seeds and curry leaves to the oil and temper it.
Now add salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, chopped green chillies, onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste and tempering to the batter and mix well with a spoon.
Now put the Appe Stand on the gas and apply oil. Now put a spoon in the better mines and fill all the food with better.
Now cover the lid and let it cook for 2 minutes on medium flame. After 2 minutes remove the lid and apply oil on the upper part of the appe and carefully turn all the appe.
Now cook for 1 minute from the other side also. Now turn off the gas and it is ready to serve. Eat it with green chutney or any chutney of your choice.
