A massive explosion occurred near a railway track in the city of Quetta, Pakistan, resulting in a tragic loss of life and significant injuries. According to the latest reports, at least 23 people have been confirmed dead, while 47 others have sustained various levels of injuries. The blast was so powerful that it triggered immediate chaos and panic throughout the surrounding area. Following the incident, the injured were quickly rushed to nearby medical facilities for urgent treatment. Details of the Train Derailment
The explosion took place as a train was heading towards the Quetta Cantt area. Railway officials have confirmed that the target was a shuttle train coming from Quetta Cantt, which was struck near the Chaman Phatak location. The impact of the blast was severe enough to cause the train's engine and 3 of its coaches to derail from the tracks. On top of that, 2 of these coaches completely overturned due to the force of the explosion. The shockwaves from the blast also caused damage to nearby structures, shattering the glass and windows of surrounding buildings.
