Fire: A sudden fire broke out in Dhanbad's Steel Gate Sabzi Mandi on Monday evening. Seeing the fire, the fire took a terrible form and engulfed the entire market. 30 shops were burnt to ashes in the fire. Five firefighters who reached the spot have been engaged in extinguishing the fire for 2 hours. The reason for the fire is being told that the gas cylinder burst in the market.

People living nearby said that before the sound of a sudden blast, it seemed that a bomb was bursting, but in a short time, when the flames from the vegetable belt started touching the sky, this situation would be clear. In fact, there are two or three illegal shops of gas cylinders in the vegetable market itself. The fire started from the gas cylinder itself.

Chants of chaos

On Monday evening, at which time everyone was immersed in the colors and joy of Holi. At the same time, shopkeepers came rushing after receiving information about the fire. But by then it was late. Someone was extinguishing the fire by fetching water from the chapakala from his lining, while some by bringing water from the well. There was a scream in front of his eyes to see the earnings of his life burning. Seeing the chaos, a large number of crowd started.

Cylinders kept exploding even when fire was extinguished

When the fire engine was extinguishing the fire, the explosion of the gas cylinder caused many explosions. Tearing the gas cylinder from a shop, the asbestos seat of the shop and the piece of cylinder hung on a branch 30 feet above the huge tree. The tree also caught fire due to the flames. The branches of the tree were breaking down and falling down. Firefighting officer Surendra Yadav, who reached the spot, said that more than a dozen gas cylinders have been removed while several cylinders have been seized.
