Delhi government hid the death toll!

The allegations of hiding information about deaths from Corona in the country have started showing some merit. Aaj Tak searched many government documents and checked the number of deaths recorded in the same pages and found that fewer deaths were shown. Between April-May, the Delhi government put the number of deaths at 13,021 but in the same two months, the figure of cremation of dead bodies of those who lost their lives due to corona at the crematoriums is 19715.

Confusion in death figures in Rajasthan too

In Rajasthan too, there is a difference in the figures of death due to the last rites performed in the crematoriums, the death certificate in the government office and the corona recorded in the pages of the government. The Municipal Corporations of Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner and Udaipur reported 7263 deaths in April-May 2020. Between these two months, in 2021 when the epidemic spread all around, the death toll reaches 23,300, but the government put the death toll at 2143.
