West Bengal / Angry wife did second marriage, first husband sitting on dharna in front of in-laws

A surprising case has come to light in Burdwan district of West Bengal. Where a man is sitting on a dharna to get his wife back. While his angry wife has remarried. Now she does not want to go with her first husband. Due to domestic dispute, the woman had left her husband's house earlier.

A young woman living in Burdwan's Ramchandra Colony was married two years ago to Avneesh (name changed). They both had a love marriage. But only after 3 months of marriage, there was a rift between the husband and wife. Everyday there was a fight in the house. The domestic strife increased so much that Avneesh's wife left her in-laws' house and went to her maternal home and did not come back.

Avneesh, sitting on the dharna, alleges that he had also gone to bring back his wife. But his family members beat him up and drove him away. Then he did not even go to his wife's house. A few days back, he got the news of his wife's second marriage. On receiving this information, Avneesh reached his wife's new in-laws' house and sat on a dharna here.

She also holds a poster in her hand, which reads "I love you very much. On another board it is written that why did you go with someone else by falsely accusing me."

On the other hand, the woman says that Avneesh used to torture her. used to beat him. That's why she ran away from there. Now the matter is going on in the court. Despite applying for divorce repeatedly, he has not given divorce. The woman made it clear that she would not go back with Avneesh. He told Avneesh that he should not even set foot in her in-laws' house again. Now this matter is going on in the court.
