Arvind Kejriwal News: Delhi's AAP government and LG VK Saxena are at loggerheads once again. Speaking in the assembly on Tuesday, Kejriwal said, 'The Supreme Court has clearly said that except police, public order and land, LG sahab has no right to take any decision.'

The Chief Minister said, 'The Supreme Court in its order wrote in para 284.17 that LG does not have the right to take any decision independently in Delhi. The court knew that LG would not agree to write once, so the Supreme Court again wrote in 475.20 that LG sir does not have the power to take decisions.

'After this I have nothing left to say'

CM Kejriwal said, 'When I went to meet LG, I read it to him and he said that the Supreme Court can have its own opinion. After this I had nothing left to say. I told him that the order of the Supreme Court is the law of the land. LG said it is written in the constitution that LG is administrator, it means ruler and I have supreme power, I can do anything.

'LG sir sits down with my file'

Kejriwal said, 'My teachers have not checked my homework till date, but LG sahab sits with my file. I am the elected Chief Minister, elected by 2 crore people of Delhi. I asked LG sir who are you. I was elected by the public but who are you. He said that the president of mine sent. I said just like the British used to send Viceroys.

The CM said, 'They (BJP) do not want the teachers to go to Finland. Many BJP MPs and their children have studied abroad... If we want to give better education to the children of the poor, then who are they to stop? This is a feudal mindset.

Let CM Kejriwal say that Saxena has rejected the state government's proposal to send school teachers to Finland for training, but the LG's office has denied this allegation.
