Family members said that if the police officer and the police force who went with the police station were present there and would have shot a single bullet, the clutches of the mob might have saved their brother's life. Praveen Kumar alias Gudd, the brother of the police station, said that the place where his brother went to raid in Bengal at night. He was accompanied by the Kishanganj zone inspector Manish Kumar and the police force. After all, what was the reason that the field inspector and the police force survived safely and the police station fell victim to mob lynching.

Family members said that a case of murder has been registered in Bengal. But they do not see the hope of justice from the Bengal Police. The case should be transferred from there to the Kishanganj police station and the killers be punished severely. It is said that if the police officer and the accompanying police force were present there and would have shot a single bullet, then his brother's life would have been saved. But instead of saving the life of his brother, the police officer and police force escaped from there itself.

Demand for action against police officer and police force

After the body came to the Kishanganj police station, the family refused to take the body. During the Guard of Honor, IG Suresh Chaudhary of Purnia area, SP Kumar Ashish, family members started demanding the action on the police officer and police force accompanying them, terming the murder as a conspiracy. Seeing the displeasure of the family, IG and SP held a respectful meeting with them in the office of the attendant Pravar. For a long time, the family kept discussing many points. The IG assured that all those involved in this case will be arrested one by one and punished. After much lengthy conversation with family members, including Praveen Kumar, the brother of the late police station chief from IG and SP, the resentment of the relatives was assured when action was taken on all the demands and took the body to the ancestral village.

Mob lynching during raids in Bengal area adjacent to Kishanganj in theft case

Let us tell you that the mob attacked the police team who went to raid the bike theft case in Pantapada village of Gwalpokhar police station area of ​​Bengal. Kishanganj Town Police Officer Ashwani Kumar died on the spot in mob lynching. The incident took place at 3 am on Saturday. He was a resident of Panchu Mandal Tola under Janakinagar police station of Banmankhi block in Purnia district. Ashwini Kumar was a 94-batch inspector. Later he was promoted to the post of Inspector. Here, after the incident, the police arrested three accused from Pantapada for assaulting the police inspector. In this, the main accused are Feroz Alam, brother Abujar Alam and Feroz Alam's mother Shaheenur Khatoon. According to the police headquarters, an FIR is being registered against the accused named in the case. Three people involved in this have been arrested. IG of Purnia and SP of Kishanganj are camping at the scene. At the same time, DGP SK Singhal spoke to the DGP of West Bengal in this matter.
