While delivering the verdict, the court said, "This order is an exception and cannot be used to take advantage of a crime involving kidnapping of a minor." What is the matter

In April 2019, the father of a 16-year-old teenager filed a kidnapping case against the 17-year-old teenager and her parents and two sisters at the Noorsarai police station, government lawyer Rajesh Pathak said. The investigating officer in the case removed the names of Kishore's parents and his sisters as their involvement in the crime was not proved. The case was then referred to the Nalanda JJB (Juvenile Justice Board) court. Pathak said that the minor teenager appeared in the JJB court on August 23, 2019 and claimed that she had eloped with her lover on her own and they got married. Pathak said that the minor teenager also came to court from the Nalanda Correctional Home on the same day. Both will now live together on the direction of the court. In this case the age of the girl is 18 years and that of the boy is 19 years. For this reason, the court has given this historic verdict in view of the child of 4 months.
