Launching a scathing attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party's election manifesto, Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday said the manifesto of the saffron party was prepared in a closed room while the Congress' manifesto was created through discussion. "The Congress manifesto was created through discussion, and the BJP Manifesto was created in a closed room, it is short sighted and arrogant," he added.
