Bollywood / Casting director denied the allegations of blackmailing Urfi Javed

Bollywood | Urfi Javed recently revealed that he is being blackmailed by a person. He claimed that an FIR was also lodged against the man but no action has been taken so far. Urfi expressed displeasure over the lax attitude of the police. He shared the photo of the man and the screen shot of the chat in which he was asking Urfi for video sex. He took his name in his entire post but told that he works in Punjab Industry. Now the side of whom Urfi has accused has come to the fore.

Urfi's allegations are false

It has been learned about the person that he is a casting director in Punjab and his name is Obed Afridi. Obed denied Urfi's allegations. In a conversation with our colleague Hindustan Times, he said that he does not want to get into the debate because Urfi does not have a brain. Obed told that he has worked with Urfi before and there was some issue regarding money.

Casting Director's reaction

On the screenshot of the chat shared by Urfi, Obed said, 'This is fake. Neither my name nor number is visible. I don't want to argue with him because he has no brain. I want peace in my life. We have worked before and everything was good. There were some issues regarding money, due to which he started all this. I have not received any legal notice from anyone till now.

Urfi lodged FIR

Earlier, Urfi had written in his post, 'I had lodged the first FIR against him at Goregaon Police Station. 14 days have passed but no action has been taken yet.' Urfi told that he is being harassed for two years. Then he also complained to the police.
