The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the result for Class 10 examination on May 5 on its official websites -- cbseresults.nic.in and cbse.nic.in.
The board released Class 12 exam result on Thursday, May 2, giving rest to speculation that CBSE would release Class 10 and 12 exam results in the third week of May.
As many as 27 lakh candidates appeared for CBSE Class 10 exam -- conducted from February 2 to March 29.
Microsoft, like last year, has partnered with the CBSE to provide results through their app -- SMS Organiser. Students can pre-register on 'SMS Organiser' and receive the result as soon as it is announced by CBSE.

Step 1: Visit the official websites cbseresults.nic.in or cbse.nic.in
Step 2: Click 'Class 10 Result 2019' on the homepage.
Step 3: Enter your roll number, school number, centre number and admit card number in the provided fields.
Step 4: Click on the 'Submit' button.
Step 5: Download your marksheet and take a printout for future reference.
