Bihar | There is a tussle in the recently formed Grand Alliance government in Bihar. The leaders of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's JDU and Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav have come face-to-face over the ban on the CBI investigation in the state. RJD leader Shivanand Tiwari demanded a stay on the CBI probe in the state without permission. The news came that a meeting of the Grand Alliance government under the leadership of CM Nitish Kumar was also held regarding this. However, JDU rejected Shivanand Tiwari's statement. JDU leader Upendra Kushwaha said that no meeting was held in this regard.

RJD leader Shivanand Tiwari said that the way the Central Government is using the CBI against the opponents, the Grand Alliance government should withdraw the approval of the probe to the agency. Apart from this, the Nitish government should also approach the court, he said. Central agencies like CBI, ED have lost their credibility under NDA government.

Upendra Kushwaha said – no meeting was held regarding this

JDU Parliamentary Board National President Upendra Kushwaha said on Monday that Shivanand Tiwari has wrong information. There has been no meeting of the Grand Alliance government in this regard. Shivanand is a big leader of the Grand Alliance, but it seems that he has got wrong information. That's why he made such a statement. There was no discussion on staying the CBI probe without permission.

Kushwaha said that such a decision should not be taken in any state. There is no fault of institutions like CBI in this. The BJP government is misusing the agencies with the wrong intention.
