A day after eight blasts killed at least 200 people in Sri Lanka, an improvised pipe bomb was discovered close to Colombo's airport. The toll has now gone up to 290. Over 500 people are injured. 13 people have been arrested so far in connection with the blasts. The bomb has been successfully defused by the Sri Lanka airforce. The death toll overnight had stood at 207. At least 32 foreigners were killed in the blasts.
