India / Drug Controller General of India grants Serum Institute of India the permission to manufacture SPUTNIK V

The ongoing vaccination campaign in the country against the corona virus is being intensified. In this episode, the Central Government approved Serum Institute of India (SII) to make Russia's Sputnik-V vaccine. According to sources, the Drug Controller General of India has given permission to Serum Institute of India to manufacture Sputnik-V for testing and analysis at its licensed facility in Hadapsar.
