The Election Commission (EC) will submit on Monday its report on a biopic on Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the Supreme Court. The top court had asked the EC to watch the film and submit its report in a sealed cover on Monday. EC had barred the release of the film, pointing out that films that subserves the purpose of any political entity or individual should not be displayed in electronic media.
