The Bahujan Samaj Party on Tuesday, 9 April, released a list of five candidates for upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Several candidates cutting across party lines have taken to online crowd funding to finance their election campaigns, ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. The seven-phase Lok Sabha elections will officially begin, constituencies spread across 20 states on 11 April. The final results will be on 23 May.
