French Avenir Telecom launched a new phone at MWC 2019. Energizer P18K Pop packs an 18,000mAh battery. Energizer P18K Pop will go on sale in summer this year. A 6.2-inch full HD+ screen devoid of a notch along with MediaTek Helio P70 system-on-chip, 6GB RAM and 128 storage space. Energizer P18K Pop looks less like a smartphone and more like a battery given some smartphone-like functionality.But there is one quality that makes the Energizer P18K Pop stand apart from those premium devices on display at MWC 2019. And the feature that makes the phone by the French telecom service provider Avenir Telecom stand apart is its gigantic battery. LG launched its 5G phone - V50 ThinQ - which features a 4,000mAh battery. And so, if you are guessing that the Energizer P18K Pop comes with, say a 5,000mAh battery, then you totally wrong. The phone packs an 18,000mAh battery in its gigantic body. And in case you are curious about the width, the phone is so wide that you need to stack one on top of other to achieve its thickness (yikes!).Now, a phone that packs a battery equals the capacity of an external charger should last..well...forever. Avenir Telecom says that the the Energizer P18K Pop can last up to 2 days when watching videos on a single charge and up to 50 days on the standby mode. That is sufficiently long time for a phone to stay juiced up.All in all, the the Energizer P18K Pop looks less like a smartphone and more like a battery that has been given some smartphone-like functionality.
