Gold, Silver Rate: June futures of gold on MCX have reached close to Rs 45,000. Today, however, trading is taking place in a very limited range. But within two days, gold futures have become expensive by Rs 550 per 10 grams. The silver May futures on MCX closed with a big gain of around Rs 700 per kg, although today it is seen a slight decline.

MCX Gold: Today, June futures of gold on MCX are trading at the same level as yesterday. On intraday day, gold futures reached Rs 44,990 level yesterday. Yesterday, gold was seen trading in the range of Rs 800. Currently, it is at a level of Rs 44960 today. Gold has weakened by about Rs 250 so far this week.

Gold is cheaper by Rs 11300 from the highest level

Last year, due to the Corona crisis, people had invested heavily in gold, in August 2020, the price of 10 grams of gold on MCX reached the highest level of Rs 56191. Last year, gold gave a return of 43%. If compared to the highest level, gold has broken up to 25%, gold is trading at MCX at a level of Rs 44900 per 10 gram, which is getting cheaper by about Rs 11300.

MCX Silver: Yesterday, May futures of silver closed at Rs 700, but today started off with a little sluggishness. The silver futures on MCX appear to be trading at a level of Rs 63550 with a fall of Rs 250. Silver has become cheaper by Rs 600 per kg this week.

Silver is cheaper by Rs 16230 from its highest level

The highest level for silver is Rs 79,980 per kg. Accordingly, silver is also cheaper by 16230 rupees than its highest level. Today, May futures of silver are trading at Rs 63570 per kg.

Gold and silver in bullion market

According to the India Bullion and Jewelers Association ie IBJA, there is a drop in gold prices in the bullion market. On Wednesday, gold sold at Rs 44190 per 10 grams. Whereas on Tuesday, the day before, the rate was Rs 44395, i.e. around 200 rupees prices have fallen.

Silver prices also fell sharply. On Wednesday, silver sold at Rs 62862 per kg in Sarafa Bazar, while it was sold at Rs 63713 per kg on Tuesday.
