The highest number of cases of corona infection came on May 7 and since then there has been a huge decline of 79 percent in the figures. He said that there have been more than 100 case reports in 209 districts. There has also been a steady decline in active cases. The recovery rate has increased to 94.3%. The recovery rate on May 3 was 81.8%. There has also been an increase in sample testing. The positivity rate has come down.74 crore vaccine advance orderNITI Aayog member Dr. V.K. Paul told on the new vaccination policy that in the new guideline, 75% of the vaccine will be procured by the central government. Free vaccine will be given to the states. He said that if the population, infection status and speed of vaccination are being done in that state and if the wastage of vaccine is less, then that state will be given more doses of vaccine.Paul said that Covishield has ordered 25 crores and Bharat Biotech has ordered 190 million doses of Covaxin. 30% advance amount has also been given. 74 crore doses have been arranged in advance, in which Bharat Biotech's Covaccine, Serum's Covishield and Biological E's vaccine dose have been booked.
