Rajasthan / I won t say no Rajasthan CM ashok gehlot on congress party president election

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has said that he is ready to contest for the National President of Congress. However, he has once again appealed to Rahul Gandhi to accept the post. But he also said that if the party felt the need of him, he would not deny it. Gehlot has reached Delhi to meet Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi before the final seal on the claim.

Ashok Gehlot said in front of the media, "If party people think that I am needed for party president or chief minister, then I will not say no. I will once again appeal to Rahul Gandhi (to become the president) if he does the India Jodo Yatra as party president, it will create aura for the party."
