IDBI is inviting applications from young graduates to fill these posts. The last date to submit online applications is April 15. The applicant must be a Graduate from a recognized university. The bank had earlier this week released an advertisement notifying a total of 920 vacancies including 120 vacancies for the post of Specialist Cadre and the aforementioned posts. Eligibility Criteria:

Assistant Manager:

The applicant must be a Graduate from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD).

Executives on Contract:

The applicant must be a Graduate from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD).

Age-Limit:

Assistant Manager:

21 to 28 years of age as on 1st March 2019

Executivs on Contract:

20 to 25 years of age as on 1st March 2019

Selection Process:

IDBI will select candidates for the posts of Assistant Manager and Executives on the basis of a multiple choice online test followed by a personal interview of the candidates, who will qualify the online test.

Online Test Dates:

Date of oline Test for Assistant Manager – 17th May 2019

Date of online Test for Executives – 16th May 2019

Pay Scale:

Assistant Manager:

The extant basic pay applicable to Assistant Managers in Grade 'A' is Rs.23700/- per month in the pay scale of Rs.23700-980(7)-30560-1145(2)-32850-1310(7)42020(17 years) [Pre-revised], approximately Rs.60,000 per month at Metro centres.

Executives on contract:

Consolidated remuneration of Rs.22,000/- per month in the first year, Rs.24,000/- per month in the second year and Rs.27,000/- per month in the third year of service.
