According to the latest data released by the Ministry of Health, now the number of active cases in the country has also come down to 9 lakh 13 thousand 378. During this, 2 thousand 726 people have also died due to corona, after which the death toll from corona has crossed 3 lakh 77 thousand.

In the last 24 hours, 1 lakh 17 thousand 525 patients of Corona have been cured. This is the 33rd consecutive day when the number of patients recovering from corona is more than the daily cases. So far, a total of 2 crore 82 lakh 80 thousand 472 people have been cured of corona in the country.

At the same time, the rate of people recovering from corona in the country has now increased to 95.64 percent. The weekly positivity rate has also come down to below five per cent and the daily infection rate has also come down to 3.45 per cent. This is the 8th consecutive day that the daily infection rate is less than 5 per cent.

At the same time, a total of 38 crore 13 lakh samples of corona have been tested in the country so far. Corona vaccine has been given to 25.90 crore people in the country. In the last 24 hours, 39 lakh 27 thousand 154 vaccines of corona virus have been applied in the country.
