New Delhi : Eight cheetahs from Namibia reached India on Saturday. Cheetahs have been introduced in India seven decades after the extinction of this creature. A special Boeing aircraft took off from the African country on Friday night and reached India after a nearly 10-hour journey carrying cheetahs in special wooden cages. Special arrangements were made in the plane to bring the cheetahs.

The plane landed at Gwalior airport shortly before 8 am. After which Prime Minister Narendra Modi released these cheetahs in Kuno National Park of Madhya Pradesh. At present, they are kept in a fenced part of the park. After a few days they were released in the forest.

The plane from which these cheetahs were brought from Namibia to India was a Boeing 747-400 cargo plane. A picture of him was also revealed after the plane reached Namibia. There was a painting of a cheetah on the plane. Now the video inside the plane has surfaced. After seeing that, you will get an idea of ​​how much effort would have had to be made to bring them.

A video from inside the plane has been shared by Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon, in which it is shown how arrangements were made to bring these caged cheetahs. In the video you can see that four cages have been kept in two places in the plane. It is being told that this video is of the plane carrying cheetahs to India just before the landing in Gwalior.
