The IT industry has shown continuous growth in the recruitment landscape over the past six months, recording a rise of 38% growth. Recruitment activity for mid-management roles with 8-12 years of experience grew by 9%. Hiring activities registered 12% growth this March mainly led by IT industry that clocked a 38% growth.
