Karan Johar's magnum opus Kalank has turned out to be the biggest opener of 2019 so far. The multi-starrer film has beaten the likes of Akshay Kumar's Kesari and Ranveer Singh's Gully Boy to shine on its opening day. But Abhishek Varman's film witnessed a drop on the second day of its release. Kalank, which opened to Rs 21.6 crore, reportedly saw a drop in numbers on Thursday, , thus taking the total to Rs 31.6 crore
