Maruti Suzuki has expanded its True Value network to 200 outlets in 132 cities across India. The company had re-launched its pre-owned car sales platform 19 months back with a new brand and retail identity. Network has seen a rapid expansion in less than 19 months of its launch. A digital certification is done at True Value after evaluation and refurbishment. There is a dedicated Relationship Officer as well.
The new True Value network has seen a rapid expansion in less than 19 months of its launch, the company said, adding that it brings enhanced customer experience through transparency in selling and buying of pre-owned cars.
Every True Value outlet boasts of contemporary interiors with a large display area. There is a dedicated Relationship Officer as well. Through the new True Value mobile app and website, the customers can see the available cars across the country and select one for a test drive."The pre-owned car market is rapidly growing and customers are putting their trust in organized players for their needs. With the upgrade of Maruti Suzuki True Value showrooms, customers can avail a better experience, better products and a hassle-free journey of car buying," R S Kalsi, Senior Executive Director, Marketing and Sales, Maruti Suzuki India, said in a statement on February 25.
To ensure complete transparency and reliability, every car's ownership and servicing history are verified at True Value. Evaluators use a digital application to assess every car on 376 check points, including engine, suspension, brakes, electrical fittings and equipments, transmission and steering control.
A digital certification is done after evaluation and refurbishment. If the car fulfills the necessary parameters, it is branded as a True Value certified car and gets up to one year warranty and three free services.
