Mahindra & Mahindra today launched the new TUV300 facelift at an introductory price of Rs 8.38 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai). The new Mahindra TUV300 facelift is available in five variants -- T4+, T6+, T8, T10 and T10 (O). The new TUV300 will get six colour options -- Bold Black, Mystic Copper, Majestic Silver, Highway Red, Pearl White and Glacier White. There will also be two dual tone colour options -- Red and Black and Silver and Black.
Christened as 'Bold New TUV300', the 2019 Mahindra TUV300 facelift gets a 1.5-litre mHAWK100 diesel engine with 2-stage turbocharger. The engine is BS4 compliant and produces 100 bhp and 240 Nm of power. It comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. TUV300 was first launched in India in September 2015. It was designed in-house and built on an all-new platform. Mahindra & Mahindra has sold over 1 lakh units of TUV300 since its launch.
So far as exterior features are concerned, new TUV300 facelift gets a bold piano-black front grille with black chrome inserts, static bending headlamps with carbon black finish, new DRLs, metallic grey chin plate, muscular side cladding, 10-spoke alloy wheels, clear-lens tail lights and freshly designed X-shaped metallic grey spare wheel cover.
The interiors of new Mahindra TUV300 facelift feature premium leatherette seats, new silver accents and piano-black centre fascia. The 2019 Mahindra TUV300 facelift gets 17.8 cm touchscreen infotainment system with GPS navigation, reverse parking camera, twin-pod instrument cluster and Bluesense technology, among others. The interiors of Mahindra TUV300 facelift have been designed by the Italian design house Pininfarina.While TUV300 facelift is based on the chassis derived from Mahindra Scorpio, the former gets a tough body shell made of high-strength steel to ensure occupant safety. the 2019 TUV300 comes with safety features like driver and co-driver side airbags, ABS with EBD and CBC (Cornering Brake Control), collapsible steering column, side intrusion beams, ISOFIX, seat belt reminder lamp, auto door lock, digital immobiliser and anti-theft warning.
