Rajasthan : When the Anti Corruption Bureau searched the houses of two government officials of Jaipur, the team was also shocked. Properties worth crores found in the search include vacant land in posh areas of Jaipur and a luxury hotel. Both have got properties worth about 6.5 crores and 16.31 crores.
In one of these, information assistant in the Department of Information and Technology (DOIT), property worth 6.5 crores has been found during the search of the house of suspended Pratibha Kamal. At the same time, Deepak Gupta, Assistant Accounts Officer, who got 70 thousand salary in Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, has got assets worth 16.31 crores.
Now the search teams are waiting for the bank lockers of both the corrupt to open. It is being told that they have more than a dozen lockers. Lockers have been taken in all bank accounts.
Pratibha Kamal has 11 accounts in different banks in Jaipur. At the same time, 4 bank accounts of Deepak Gupta have also come to the fore. Which will be opened today in the presence of bank officials.
At the same time, departmental officers have been receiving complaints of corruption against Deepak Gupta continuously, but he has not been transferred out of Jaipur.
According to sources, as soon as he was transferred, the phones of the leaders started ringing. Recently also he was transferred out of the city, but he did not join.
An African gray parrot was also found during the raid at Deepak Gupta's house. Which is gray in color. Its cost is also around 1 lakh rupees. Which is not easily available in India.
ACB DG BL Soni said that in the investigation of ACB, it has come to light that Deepak Kumar has got about 1200 percent more property than his income. Whereas, Pratibha Kamal has 1300 percent more property. ACB searched a total of five locations of Deepak. In this, Deepak has got 17 plots in Jaipur itself. These include houses, shops, land and flats. Invested in mutual funds, insurance etc.
Accused Deepak has built a luxurious bungalow in Chitrakoot with modern amenities (home theatre, lift, gym). Apart from this, there is also a hotel in Mansarovar Jaipur. Rs 14.33 lakh cash, 1.30 kg gold ornaments were recovered from the accused's house in Jaipur. Three necklaces, two bracelets, six gold chains, gold bangles have been found in these ornaments. At the same time, 20 kg silver jewelery has also been found.
