New Delhi: Foreign Minister S Jaishankar said on Thursday that Pakistan has made terrorism an industry. He is constantly supporting terrorists on his land to pressure India. It has now become necessary to answer this. He said that the Simla Agreement signed in 1972 only increased insurgency in Pakistan and problems in Jammu and Kashmir. Jaishankar was addressing the Ramnath Goenka Memorial Lecture in Delhi.

He said, "We will talk to all the disputes with Pakistan in the same situation when it curbs cross-border terrorism." India's position on the world stage was quite good at one time, but the 1962 war with China caused it a lot of damage. This was followed by the 1965 war with Pakistan. It has been a bad phase for India.

People asked questions on many issues to Jaishankar

People also questioned Jaishankar at the event on China, Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), Article 370 and National Register Citizens (NRC). On the question of India not joining the RCEP, Jaishankar said that it is better to have no compromise than to make a bad compromise.
