Diesel and petrol prices are skyrocketing in the country. In many cities of the country, petrol prices have reached 100 rupees per liter. Petroleum companies are increasing everyday prices. The public is troubled by the rising prices. Among all this, the Petroleum Minister of the country has indicated that the rising prices of diesel-petrol are not available.

The question was asked by the Central Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to reach Gujarat, whether the prices of diesel-petrol will be reduced? In response to this question, Dharmendra Pradhan said that the income of the government has become very low. During the financial year 2020-21, income was low and it is expected to be less in 2021-22. He said that income has decreased and the government's expenditure has increased.


Dharmendra Pradhan said that the cost has increased in the health sector. Government is also spending in Welfare Activities. He said that considering the increased expenses and decreased earnings, this is not the right time to reduce the price of diesel. The petroleum minister of the country said that the price of diesel and petrol will not be less at the moment. He also described due to the wildly increased increase in prices.


Petroleum Minister said that the main reason behind the increase in prices of diesel and petrol is fast in the international market. He said that crude oil prices in the international market has reached close to $ 70 a barrel. Diesel and petrol prices are increasing. Significantly, the Vice Chairman of the policy commission about the rising prices of diesel-petrol had said that the government should do something.


Let's tell that even today, petroleum companies had increased prices of diesel-petrol. Diesel prices in Delhi have increased 28 paise per liter in 27 paise and petrol prices. One day ago, on June 6, the rate of petrol increased 27 paise and diesel rate 29 paise per liter. Petrol in Mumbai is selling 101.52 and diesel 93.98 per liter.
