Killer Rodney James Alkala died in a hospital near the Korean State Jail on Saturday morning at the age of 77. Prison officials confirmed that he died due to natural reasons at San Jokin Valley Hospital. Police officers believed that he has killed 130 women and children across the country.

Alkala was sentenced to death for five murders between 1977 and 1979 in California in 2010, which included a 12-year-old girl. It has been told that he used to give greed to women to take their pictures and later killed them after being harassed or beaten after their sexual harassment.
