Reliance Retail will also be a seller on the platform with its owned & licensed brands such as John Players and may also develop a separate product line for B2B customers. Reliance Retail wants to tap an estimated 12 million kirana outlets, majority of which source their products from traditional wholesale markets. Reliance Retail platform will bring together large distributors and suppliers as well as small kiranas.
