by News Helpline . Mumbai | Our Social media persona is often very different from who we are from real life.  Actor Shilpa Shetty Kundra calling to the attention shared the bad side of social media.

The ‘Apne’ actor took to her Instagram handle and penned down a few lines. Denoting social media as a fake world, Shilpa has urged her fans not to get dupe in about social media. In fact, be safe, be happy and healthy, and don’t believe what it shows.

Shilpa on her Instagram wrote, “There’s so much on social media that is shared purely as a façade to cover the lives we lead. The hardships, the struggles, the low days, the heartbreaks, insecurities, and so much more are easily concealed behind a mask of filters... one that we’ve been wearing since time immemorial. Always remember, like we don’t put our difficulties on display on social media, neither do other people. Nobody’s life is perfect. Most are dealing with their own issues.. So, don’t let social media trick you into believing all that you see, and don’t allow it to play with your mind & emotions. Life isn’t a bed of roses for any of us, but we’re all in this together. Let’s try & make this medium a positive one with constructive criticism and care, to make us a healthier community, less negative & more positive ‘grams’ on this ‘gram’...

Stay strong, my instafam, let’s make a happy & healthy community, and reassure ourselves that... This too shall pass SwasthRaho, Mast Raho!

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shilpa will be seen in ’Hungama 2’.  It is a comedy film directed by Priyadarshan and jointly produced by Ratan Jain, Ganesh Jain, Chetan Jain , and Armaan Ventures. A spiritual successor to the 2003 film ‘Hungama’. The film also stars Paresh Rawal, Meezaan Jaffrey, and Pranitha Subhash. ‘Hungama 2’ marks the comeback of director Priyadarshan to Bollywood films after seven years. The principal photography commenced on 8 January 2020 in Mumbai.
