Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan held an important meeting today regarding the law and order situation in Madhya Pradesh. In this, all the top officials, including State Home Minister Narottam Mishra were present. Issues ranging from the Naxal problem to stopping illegal liquor business were discussed in the meeting. According to the information received about the meeting, the government is going to pass a strict law to stop the business of illegal liquor. It is believed that the draft of this law will be brought to the Shivraj cabinet meeting to be held on Tuesday. Not only this, this bill can also be passed in the monsoon session of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly starting from August 9. In this bill, the government is going to make a provision for severe punishment against those who do illegal liquor business.

In the meeting, there was also a discussion regarding the prevention of illegal liquor coming from other states. In this regard, it was decided that the Madhya Pradesh government would talk to the concerned states about this subject. Along with this, strict action will be taken against distilleries making liquor against the rules.

Discussion on Operation Muskaan

In the meeting, there was a discussion regarding Operation 'Muskaan'. The DGP said that 938 children were recovered in Operation 'Muskaan', which started on July 15, of which 117 were sons, the rest were daughters. There was also a discussion about keeping children away from investing money in online games. The government is also preparing to take action against these companies.
