IND vs NZ : The third T20 match between India and New Zealand (IND VS NZ) was played in Ahmedabad on Wednesday, in which the Indian team won by 168 runs. Captain Hardik Pandya won the toss and decided to bat first and gave a target of 235 runs in front of New Zealand. Shubman Gill once again played a century for Team India. He played an explosive inning of 126 runs. He had completely flopped in both the last T20 matches. But in the third T20 match, he thrashed the New Zealand bowlers fiercely. New Zealand team could score only 66 runs in the match.

Gill and Hardik looted a total of 23 runs in the 17th over of the match. He showered runs in the 17th over of Blair Tickner. Gill hit a six off Tickner's very first ball. After that a four, then Tickner bowled a wide ball. Tickner bowled the third ball on a good line and length, on which Shubman Gill could not hit the shot. Then on the fourth ball, Gill again hit a six and took a single on the fifth ball. After that Hardik Pandya faced a wide and hit a four off the last ball. In this way both together looted 23 runs in Tickner's over.

Gill's first T20 century

Shubman Gill scored the first century of his T20 International career against New Zealand. He played a brilliant inning of 126 not out in 63 balls. During his innings, Gill hit 12 fours and 7 sixes. After going through continuous poor form in T20 cricket, Gill has confirmed his place in the upcoming T20 matches as well by scoring a century.
