Unlock Phase 2 / UP lifts Covid imposed curfew from all districts barring Meerut Saharanpur Gorakhpur and lucknow

The curfew imposed due to Covid-19 has been removed from the entire state except four districts of Uttar Pradesh. These four districts include Meerut, Lucknow, Saharanpur and Gorakhpur. Curfew has not been lifted from these four districts because there are more than 600 active cases of Coronavirus.

When will the corona curfew be removed from these cities

ACS Information Navneet Sehgal informed about the removal of Corona curfew from UP on Sunday. He said that the corona curfew will remain in force in Lucknow, Meerut, Gorakhpur and Saharanpur. Here the corona cases are waiting to be less than 600.

New cases of corona decreased in UP

According to the Health Ministry data, 1,092 new cases of corona were reported in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday, while 120 people died due to the virus. There are currently 19,438 active cases of corona in UP.

UP's Additional Chief Secretary, Health, Amit Mohan Prasad said that the recovery rate in Uttar Pradesh has increased to 97.6 percent, hence the active cases of corona have come down to 19,438.

Let us inform that the number of people in the age group of 18 to 44 in Uttar Pradesh has crossed 27 lakhs. The state government claims that the appeal made by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has had a tremendous impact and vaccination is taking the form of a mass campaign. In Uttar Pradesh, 5000 centers have been set up for people above 18 to 44 years of age and 3000 centers for people above 45 years of age. on which vaccination is going on.
