Jammu: For over a year now, schools in most parts of the country are closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and children are forced to attend online classes. The burden to attend the classes and manage homework amid hearing terrible news constantly on television and from elders, has taken a toll on the kids.

Meanwhile, a video of a six-year-old girl from Kashmir has gone viral on social media. In the video, the adorable girl has questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi about the huge burden of homework from online classes. She said: "Chote baccho ko itna kaam kyu rakhte ho Modi saab (Why are the small kids burdened with so much homework PM Modi?” The little one added that "bade bachche (older kids)", who are in 7th and 8th Std, should be given more homework.
