Bihar doctor gang-raped in Vellore, brutality while returning from auto after watching film at night

Incidents of cruelty are not taking the name of decreasing in the country. There are reports of such incidents every day. Now the incident of gang-rape with a woman doctor from Bihar has come to light in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Two teenagers are also involved in the incident. The matter also came up in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly.

The incident of brutality took place on Wednesday when the victim was returning home after watching a movie with her friend. After the midnight movie was over, both were waiting for the auto at the theatre. Then an auto driver came. There were already four people sitting in it. According to the victim, he asked the driver to walk towards the hospital, then he agreed.

After some time, the driver suddenly changed the way and increased the speed. When the victim asked the driver why the route was changed, the driver said that the road gets closed at night. After this he stopped the auto at a secluded place near the cremation ground. After this, the four boys and the auto driver beat up the girl and her friend and then raped the female doctor in turn. After this incident, the victim had gone to Bihar out of fear.

The victim from Bihar lodged an online complaint with Vellore Superintendent of Police Rajesh Kannan. Based on this, a case was registered. The police arrested five accused after conducting a thorough search. The accused also robbed the victim. 40 thousand rupees in cash and gold chain were also snatched from him.

The matter of gang rape also raised in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly. Chief Minister MK Stalin said that five people have been arrested in the case. The culprits will be punished severely.
