The Ministry said, 'The Government of India has informed the States and Union Territories regarding this change. He said, 'Some reports in the media have claimed that beneficiaries who have made an appointment for a second dose on the Co-Win portal in less than 84 days, should be returned from the vaccination centers without giving a second dose of Kovishield.
