Heavy Rain In Dehradun: Heavy rains have wreaked havoc in Uttarakhand's capital Dehradun for the past few hours. Crisis at Tapkeshwar temple

Acharya Bipin Joshi, priest of Tapkeshwar Mahadev temple, said that the water level of the Tamsa river started rising rapidly from 5:00 am. The temple premises were filled with water in no time. He said, "Such a situation was not seen for a long time. The sanctum sanctorum of the temple is safe, but due to waterlogging in the premises, devotees are facing difficulty in visiting." He appealed to the people to avoid going near rivers and drains at this time, as the situation still remains serious.
