Narayana Murthy Family: Infosys founder NR Narayana Murthy on Sunday claimed that reality in India means corruption, dirty roads and pollution. Whereas in Singapore it means clean roads and pollution free environment. Speaking at the silver jubilee year program of GMR Institute of Technology (GMRIT) at Rajam in Vizianagaram district of Andhra Pradesh, Narayana Murthy said that one should see any setback as an opportunity to change and imagine oneself as a leader. Wanted. One should not try to make changes from someone else's side. He said that reality is what you make of it.

Quoting Narayana Murthy, the institute said, “The reality in India means corruption, dirty roads, pollution and sometimes no electricity. However, the reality in Singapore means clean roads, pollution free environment and availability of plenty of electricity. Therefore, it is your responsibility to create that new reality. In this program, Narayana Murthy revealed his biggest regret as the chairman of the company. Murthy said that he was wrong that the children of the founders should not be involved in management roles of the company. Murthy said it was wrong to keep the Next Generation Promoter Group out of Infosys.

Narayan Murthy further said that the youth should think about bringing a change in the society. They should put public, society and country ahead of their personal interest. Citing the example of GMR Group Chairman GM Rao, he said that students should take inspiration from him and create more and more jobs by becoming businessmen whenever possible. Poverty can be eradicated and backward people can be helped only by creating more and more jobs. At the same time, GM Rao, chairman of GMR Group, said that Narayan Murthy is an inspiration for the youth. Infosys was established 41 years ago today. It is one of the biggest IT companies in India. NR Narayanamurthy, Nandan M Nilekani, S Gopalakrishnan, SD Shibhulal and K Dinesh were its founding members.
