Ajax Engineering IPO

Ajax Engineering is coming up with its IPO on February 10. With a price band of Rs 599-629, the issue will consist of only Offer for Sale (OFS), with no new shares being issued. Ajax, one of the three largest self-loading concrete mixer (SLCM) manufacturers in the world, holds 75% of the Indian market. The issue is being managed by ICICI Securities, Citigroup, JM Financial, Nuvama Wealth and SBI Capital.

Hexaware Technologies IPO

IT giant Hexaware Technologies will launch an IPO of Rs 8,750 crore in the price band of Rs 674-708 per share. It will be a completely OFS based, with promoter Carlyle reducing its stake. Post-IPO, Carlyle's stake will come down from 95% to 74.1%. Investors will have to place a minimum bid of 21 shares, thereby necessitating a minimum investment of Rs 14,868.

These IPOs of SME segment

In the SME segment, IPOs of Chandan Healthcare, PS Raj Steels, Volere Cars, Maxvolt Energy, LK Mehta Polymers and Shanmuga Hospital will open. Of these, Chandan Healthcare will be the largest offering, planning to raise Rs 107 crore, while Maxvolt Energy will raise Rs 54 crore.
