Since assuming office in 2014, Prime Minister Modi has consistently spent Diwali with soldiers on the border or at military installations, while this gesture aims to boost the morale of the armed forces and honor their immense sacrifices for the nation. Celebrating 'Operation Sindoor' Victory
Extending his greetings to the nation, PM Modi posted on X (formerly Twitter), "Wishing all my family members a very Happy Diwali. May this auspicious festival of light illuminate everyone's life with happiness, prosperity, and harmony. " Earlier, he had urged citizens to embrace 'Vocal for Local,' posting a video encouraging the purchase of Indian products. He emphasized celebrating the hard work, creativity, and innovation of 140 crore Indians by buying indigenous goods and sharing their purchases on social media to inspire others. This year's Diwali was particularly significant for the soldiers, especially following the triumph in 'Operation Sindoor. ' This was the first Diwali after the successful operation that put Pakistan in its place, and the brave jawans were keen to make it a memorable one. PM Modi's presence with the Navy in Goa further amplified the celebratory spirit of this victory. From the Line of Control to various parts of the country, soldiers celebrated the festival with fervent chants of 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai.
