A shocking accident happened in Southern California, USA. A soldier taking parachute training accidentally landed on the roof of a house. On landing here, the soldier broke down the roof and fell straight into the kitchen inside the house. Thankfully no one was present in the house at that time.
A British soldier was undergoing parachute training in Southern California. It is reported that he had to land on a large ground after jumping from the sky, but his parachute did not open at the right time, due to which his landing was made on the roof of a house near Atascadero.
As soon as the soldier landed on the roof of the house, he broke the roof and went straight to the kitchen. The local police department has given this information in a press release. It was told that he was unconscious when the soldier fell in the kitchen.
According to the website nypost, the soldier had severe pain when he regained consciousness, but his injury was not visible. The members of the house were not present at the time of the incident, due to which no one else got hurt. The mother of the landlord told that there was not much damage in the house.
The landlord's mother, Linda Salladi, told local media it was "astonishing. Most of the roofing here is of sheetrock. The roof broke easily." A neighbor, Rose Martin, described the soldier's survival as a miracle.
According to police, when the parachutist was found he was "conscious but stunned" and had no serious injuries, but was complaining of pain.
This incident happened on July 6, 2021 at 4:55 pm. Atascadero Fire and Police reached the spot after being informed. The soldier was taken to the hospital.
