Ayodhya Blast Case: Allahabad High Court has approved conditional bail of the accused of Ayodhya bomb blast and terrorist attack. The court has approved the conditional bail applications of Shakeel Ahmed, Mohammad Naseem, Asif Iqbal alias Farooq and Dr. Irfan. Let us tell you that the High Court has approved conditional bail for the criminals involved in the conspiracy of Ayodhya bomb blast and terrorist attack. The High Court has directed to present the appeal against the sentence for hearing on December 4.

Criminals serving life imprisonment for 18 years

Let us tell you that after the decision of the trial court, the petitioner has been serving life imprisonment for 18 years. In July 2005, five terrorist attackers were killed on the spot in the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex itself. A civilian was also killed in this bomb blast. While approving the bail, the court said that the hearing of the appeal is not expected soon.

The court set these conditions for bail

The court said that one year has passed since the Supreme Court order. The court has said that all the petitioners will have to report to their police station every week. Also, the petitioner will surrender his passport and will not leave the country. The bail fine will be deposited within 6 weeks. The division bench of Justice Ashwani Kumar Mishra and Justice SAH Rizvi has given this order of bail to the culprits of the Ayodhya bomb blast case.

Life imprisonment was given in 2019

It is noteworthy that in the year 2019, in the 2005 Ayodhya terrorist attack case, a special court of Allahabad had sentenced four out of five accused to life imprisonment. Special Judge Dinesh Chandra had also imposed a fine of Rs 2.4 lakh on each convict. At present all these criminals are lodged in Naini jail of Allahabad. These five accused were arrested on charges of conspiring and providing logistics and material support to terror suspects. Two locals were killed and seven paramilitary personnel were injured in a terrorist attack on July 5, 2005. During this time, in retaliation, the security forces also killed five suspected Jaish terrorists.
