Share Market News: Mumbai-based real estate company Shri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited has fixed the price band for its much-awaited IPO at ₹140 to ₹150 per share. The issue will open for subscription from July 30, 2025 and close on August 1, 2025. The company is backed by Bollywood megastars Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan and renowned investor Ashish Kacholia. The company plans to raise ₹792 crore through this IPO.

This issue is a completely fresh issue, which does not involve any offer for sale (OFS). Its face value is ₹1 per share. Investors have to bid for a minimum of 100 shares. The company has offered a discount of ₹14 per share for its employees.

Use of funds raised

Out of the ₹792 crore raised from the IPO, ₹550 crore will be used by the company to accelerate the development and construction of projects in its three subsidiaries—Richfeel Real Estate Private Limited, Dhyan Projects Private Limited, and Triksha Real Estate Private Limited. The remaining amount will be used for general corporate purposes.
