The ADR has assessed the affidavits given by these ministers for the 2022 assembly elections. According to this, 22 ministers who have admitted criminal cases against themselves and 20 ministers who have admitted serious criminal cases. In this, the maximum number of cases are on Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi, who won from Prayagraj. He has a total of seven criminal cases, out of which 13 are in serious sections.
