Senior member of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh National Executive, Indresh Kumar, has recently raised deeply serious and sharp questions regarding the political and social situation in the country. During an event in New Delhi, he spoke candidly about the functioning of Cockroach Janata Party protests, their financial backgrounds, and the hidden agendas behind them. Indresh Kumar directly questioned the sources of financial backing for these movements and protests. He alleged that the youth participating in these protests are being systematically misled by vested interests and anarchist elements. This entire sequence of events has sparked a fresh debate in the political corridors of the country.
Continuing his address, Indresh Kumar expressed deep apprehension that these protests might be part of a calculated conspiracy to create a Bangladesh-like situation in India as well, while he recalled the severe anarchy, atrocities against minorities, killings of those following Sufi traditions, and large-scale displacement of common people witnessed in Bangladesh. He emphasized that this is the most crucial and serious question of the present time as to where the youth and other protesters are receiving financial support to carry out all these activities. Pointing towards foreign funding, he stated that external forces aiming to disrupt the peace and order of the nation could be active behind these movements.
In his address, the senior RSS leader also claimed that the general public has now started understanding the reality of these so-called agitations. It's gradually becoming crystal clear before the country and the world that these protests don't carry genuine public support, but rather operate on the agendas of a select few individuals. Because of this reality, the crowd participating in these demonstrations is continuously shrinking. Taking a jibe, he remarked that instead of sticking to any single serious issue, these protests constantly abandon old issues to latch onto new ones, making their intentions highly suspicious.
Indresh Kumar also launched a scathing attack on opposition parties regarding the use of the national flag, the tricolor, during these demonstrations. He alleged that some opposition parties and political organizations want to use the tricolor merely as a weapon for their political self-interest and to create divisions among people. He clarified that the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign has already reached crores of families across the nation, further enhancing the respect for the national flag in the hearts of citizens. Questioning the opposition, he asked what new initiatives they intend to undertake when they've proven completely incapable of fulfilling their grand announcements nationwide and are merely repeating the work already done by parties or alliances governing at the center.
Elaborating further, Indresh Kumar stated that the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign conducted on national occasions like Republic Day, Independence Day, and Gandhi Jayanti has further deepened the spirit of pride and respect for the tricolor in millions of homes. The national flag has always been a great symbol uniting all countrymen, but some individuals are misusing it for political gains to create rifts and divisions in society. He claimed with firm conviction that those holding such narrow and divisive mindsets will never achieve any success in their endeavors because the citizens of India are fully aware.
Responding to remarks made by opposition leaders comparing India's situation to violent protests in foreign countries like Albania and France, Indresh Kumar strongly defended India's glorious history and democratic values. He asserted that India has no need for the lessons being imparted by leaders like Sanjay Raut citing violent protests in Albania. India has always walked steadfastly on the path of democracy, continues to follow the same path today, and will remain committed to this democratic tradition in the future. He proudly stated that India is a great nation that equally respects all religions and communities of society, a truth that the entire world acknowledges today.
Highlighting India's ideological and philosophical roots, Indresh Kumar noted that while other countries in the world may choose the path of war and violence, India has always been a nation walking on the peaceful paths shown by Lord Gautam Buddha, Constitution maker Dr. R. Ambedkar, founder of Sikhism Guru Nanak Dev, and Jain Tirthankara Lord Mahavira, while this nation has continuously followed the ideals of Maryada Purushottam Lord Rama and Lord Krishna. This is the primary reason why India has always stood as a strong nation based on high moral values and continues to serve as an exemplary model before the entire world.
Addressing India's global standing, he stated that India doesn't need any lessons or teachings from any other nation; rather, the entire world is learning from India today. India is working effectively across the globe to stop wars, establish peace, and curb anarchy. He specifically mentioned the international honors bestowed upon Prime Minister Narendra Modi worldwide, revealing that over the past 10 to 11 years, more than 38 countries have honored PM Modi with their highest civilian awards. Raising a pointed question, he asked why these prestigious honors are being conferred upon today's new and empowered India and not upon any other country.
Discussing the role and direction of the nation's youth, Indresh Kumar stated that the youth of India have always been on the right path by conscience, remain on the right path today, and will continue to follow the correct path in the future. However, he expressed concern that some anti-social and anarchist elements have completely misled a section of the country's youth. He alleged that these youths have strayed from the mainstream onto the wrong path due to the heavy temptation and pressure of foreign funding. He made an earnest and emotional appeal to all such young individuals to immediately abandon this erroneous and misleading path and return to the correct direction and the path of national welfare.
It's noteworthy that the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) has been receiving considerable and open support from several major opposition parties in the country. Recently, it was also discussed that CJP leader Abhijit Dipke met Shiv Sena UBT leader Uddhav Thackeray and publicly expressed gratitude for the support extended to the party, while amidst such political developments, the questions raised by Indresh Kumar and his allegations regarding foreign funding have once again heated up national politics.
